 Still and dry wine, with a typical vinous aroma and herbaceous notes


Description
Wine made from a blend of Cabernet franc and Sauvignon; the product is left from 3 to 5 days on marc, after it is drained and cleaned of yeasts and left to rest for 5-6 months in steel vats, before bottling and left to rest for other 6 months for being ready to be served.
How to taste
It is recommended to serve at 18° C
Suggested pairings
Paired with game, roasted meats and semi-soft cheese.
