 Sparkling wine with strong perfume of wisteria and acacia


Description
Grapes vinified in white, harvested by hand and softly pressed. The wine is obtained by a primary fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The sparkling wine is produced following the Charmat method, for a period of 60 days. After it is filtered and bottled cold.
How to taste
It is recommended to serve at 6-8°C.
Suggested pairings
Typical sparkling wine for aperitif, very versatile. Well paired with risotti, soups and white meats. Exalted by fish, especially with seashells and seafood, shellfishes and vegetables (as radicchio and mushrooms)
