 Dry, still and rich wine, with an aroma of hydrocarbons and leather

The origin of the name “Terre Rosse” derives from the red soil present in the farm. The bottled wine is a selection of the Cabernet initially put in wooden barrels for 8-10 months, before being bottled and left for a 12 months rest period.
How to taste
It is recommended to serve at 18-20°C.
Suggested pairings
Paired with roasted red meats, game and hard cheese.
