 Still wine, with floral and fresh fruit scents

Wine made from autochthon grapes of Colli Euganei, the Pinella grapes. Freshly harvested there is the separation of must from skins, thanks to a soft pressing through the use of horizontal presses, which produce natural clean must. The obtained must is left to ferment at a temperature of 17-18°C. After the fermentation the wine is racked, put in steel bowls for 3-4 months for refinement, and at least bottled ready to be drunk.
How to taste
It is recommended to serve at temperature of 10-12°C

It pairs well with pasta dishes and fish dishes
